The photobook can be used to:

• Preserve memories of wedding, graduations, house warming, funerals, special events, birthdays and anniversaries 18th, 25th, 50th, 100th etc).
• It is an ideal way of introducing a company or organization to visitors while they wait in the waiting room.
• A baby’s growth from birth through first cry, first crawl, and first step to maturity can be effectively documented. This definitely would be a priceless wedding gift at the child’s wedding from the child's parent.
• A family’s history, roots, traditions, identity and heritage can be documented graphically for future generations with notes, captions and short descriptions. This is absolutely necessary for migrant families living in a foreign country
• Important outdoor events can also be documented for instance vacations, holidays, back packing expeditions etc. The list is endless.

• Place your photo between two firm pieces of cardboard for protection, and include a stamped addressed envelope so that we can return it to you.
•  Include your contact e-mail address, so that we can contact you as normal when the work is complete.

You can send us your photographs by post on a disc, or via email. Our preferred medium in on  disc. Due to possible abuse, we do not offer the means of uploading photos online.

We certainly can make digital images from your negatives including those taken with disposable cameras. However, the quality of the finish depends on the resolution of the images. We can also obtain digital images from videos (DVD or VHS) for an extra charge.

Yes, its OK to send photographs saved on memory cards/sticks, any digital format of your pictures is fine. We accept printed photos as well but for an additional charge because we either have to scan them or photograph them.

The quality (resolution) of your photos is very important and determines the picture quality and size when printed. The higher the resolution of you photographs the better. When possible, use the highest resolution obtainable with your camera for large prints e.g. a photo with 3000 x 2000 resolution as opposed to 640 x 480, would provide superior quality prints.

Depending on the package chosen, you'll need to provide captions and names you want to appear with each photo. When sending your photos, include a word/text file with the name of the photo and the information you want displayed. For instance 

• pic01.jpg - Faces from left to right: John, Charles, Atutubuyoyo and Amy. 
• pic02.jpg - Photograph taken while on holiday in Barbados.

The number of events does not matter, our prices are based on the number of photobooks ordered. If you want each event on separate volumes, the cost would be per book depending on the package selected. However, there is a limit to the number of photos that can be included in a single volume.

We can design a photobook from hard copies. We would scan/photograph them to obtain digital copies. Once done, we can retouch them to meet your requirements. the cost involved include the cost of scanning the images and designing the album. Details of our current prices can be found here.
